The attorneys of Moller Law Group are guides for our clients when they encounter legal challenges.
Before beginning his legal practice, Bill Moller spent 21 years in the United States Army, where he honed instinctive problem-solving skills for complex issues. This training is critical to the successful practice of law, in which legal issues must be identified quickly and resolved pragmatically.
Bill Moller takes this practical approach to resolving our clients’ legal issues. Whether their matters can be settled in a straightforward manner or require extensive legal work, our clients know that they receive high-quality, cost-effective services from experienced lawyers.

Office Manager/Legal AssistantTracy serves as the primary liaison between clients and our team, and as such works hard to keep the lines of communication open and clear. She relays important and accurate information, schedules appointments and ensures that clients are welcomed and taken care of. Tracy has a B.A. in accounting and business administration, as well as an Associate of Science in Law Enforcement. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, counted cross-stitch and is active in her church as a Sunday school teacher.
CFOCarla oversees the entire firm. Since forming Moller Law Group with her husband, Bill, she has been integral to its success. Carla is responsible for payroll, accounts payable and manages advertising — among her many other duties. Carla has a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from SUNY New Paltz. Carla worked as a math teacher after being a stay-at-home mom for many years, always supporting Bill in his military career, and she now enjoys working alongside Bill in the “family business.” She is actively involved in her church and caring for her mother with Alzheimer’s. She enjoys riding her AQHA mare, baking, sewing and — most of all — spending time with her family.
InternDax is a part-time intern with the Moller Law Group, LLC. She hopes to someday be full time, and recognizes that she has large paws to fill in following her predecessor’s (Hoover’s) success. She gets really excited to go to work and is definitely a people dog. Dax has to make sure she’s greeted everyone at least ten times before she takes her midmorning nap. Her other interests involve barking at squirrels and investigating interesting noises.
In MemorianHoover worked hard inspiring employees and clients alike. He possessed an empathy and wisdom that can only be acquired in the school of hard knocks. Hoover came a long way from his old life on the street, and enjoyed the fast-paced and ever-changing environment of the law firm. Since meeting Bill at the Teller County Regional Animal Shelter, Hoover had served as one of his closest associates. He kept the workplace running smoothly as he greets visitors, oversees the team and keeps everyone happy. Other interests included bounding through the forest, snuggling and culinary arts.
