Our Team

The attorneys of Moller Law Group are guides for our clients when they encounter legal challenges.

Before beginning his legal practice, Bill Moller spent 21 years in the United States Army, where he honed instinctive problem-solving skills for complex issues. This training is critical to the successful practice of law, in which legal issues must be identified quickly and resolved pragmatically.

Bill Moller takes this practical approach to resolving our clients’ legal issues. Whether their matters can be settled in a straightforward manner or require extensive legal work, our clients know that they receive high-quality, cost-effective services from experienced lawyers.

Office Staff:

Jontae Huffman Jontae Huffman
Client Legal Services Jontae hails from the Midwest state of Michigan, but her love of adventure and the mountains brought her and her husband farther west to Colorado three years ago. She believes knowledge of the law and legal matters are simultaneously intimidating and necessary to the average person, which is why she is glad to be the first person a client sees as they step into our office. Jontae takes pride in her initiative, enthusiasm, and compassion, and she hopes to help guide clients through all the matters they seek help with at our firm. In her free time, Jontae enjoys the great outdoors to include hiking, dirt biking, kayaking, and archery.
Samantha Samantha Moffitt
Legal Assistant Samantha was fortunate to be born and raised in Colorado! She has extensive experience in helping clients from a variety of past employment positions. Her caring nature allows her to provide empathy as she assists others with their needs. Samantha enjoys bowling as well as spending time with her friends, family and congregation.

In his free time, Alex enjoys spending time with his four dogs, fishing, and hanging out with former Army friends. Alex is currently in school working towards his bachelor’s degree.
tracy Tracy Garverick
Office Manager/Legal Assistant Tracy serves as the primary liaison between clients and our team, and as such works hard to keep the lines of communication open and clear. She relays important and accurate information, schedules appointments and ensures that clients are welcomed and taken care of. Tracy has a B.A. in accounting and business administration, as well as an Associate of Science in Law Enforcement. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, counted cross-stitch and is active in her church as a Sunday school teacher.
Carla Moller Carla Moller
Carla oversees the entire firm. Since forming Moller Law Group with her husband, Bill, she has been integral to its success. Carla is responsible for payroll, accounts payable and manages advertising — among her many other duties. Carla has a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from SUNY New Paltz. Carla worked as a math teacher after being a stay-at-home mom for many years, always supporting Bill in his military career, and she now enjoys working alongside Bill in the “family business.” She is actively involved in her church and caring for her mother with Alzheimer’s. She enjoys riding her AQHA mare, baking, sewing and — most of all — spending time with her family.
Hoover Hoover
Office Mascot
Hoover works hard inspiring employees and clients alike. He possesses an empathy and wisdom that can only be acquired in the school of hard knocks. Hoover has come a long way from his old life on the street, and enjoys the fast-paced and ever-changing environment of the law firm. Since meeting Bill at the Teller County Regional Animal Shelter, Hoover has served as one of his closest associates. He helps keep the workplace running smoothly as he greets visitors, oversees the team and keeps everyone happy. Other interests include bounding through the forest, snuggling and culinary arts.
